As of the verification date, Xbox and Bandai Namco describe The Blood of Dawnwalker as a game to buy. The official product material advertises Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, cloud play, and Xbox Play Anywhere, but it does not identify the game as included with Game Pass.
A safe answer is: The Blood of Dawnwalker is not confirmed as part of Xbox Game Pass at this time. Players should check the live Xbox store and the official Game Pass catalog because subscription availability can change after launch.
Terms readers may confuse
- Xbox Play Anywhere: buy a qualifying digital game once and play it on Xbox console and Windows PC.
- Cloud play: a supported delivery method; its availability rules can vary.
- Game Pass: a subscription catalog. It requires an explicit catalog listing or announcement.
- Xbox on PC: a storefront/platform reference, not a subscription claim.
