Direct answer
The game is available on Xbox Series X|S. The official Xbox page also lists Windows 10/11, cloud play, and Xbox Play Anywhere. Play Anywhere lets buyers use one qualifying digital license on Xbox console and Windows PC, with supported progress benefits governed by Xbox's program.
The Xbox listing does not show Xbox One as a native platform. Cloud access on another device is not evidence of an Xbox One version. The store page also does not, by itself, confirm inclusion in Xbox Game Pass.
Editorial and technical context
Xbox Wire previewed the game before launch and highlighted its story, time system, day/night design, and the studio's CD Projekt Red veteran background. Tom's Guide reviewed the Xbox Series X version and praised the writing and atmosphere while reporting clunky combat, a sparse open world, and technical rough edges. These are attributed opinions from specific builds.
