Give the Font to Anca for her cure, use it as Coen for daytime healing, or destroy it for Ancient Greaves. These rewards are mutually exclusive.
Hearing Brencis out keeps the deal available. Marking the Manumit hideout is the later betrayal commitment; rejecting him leads toward a hostile route.
Helping Pieter or refusing changes the opening scene. Both branches lead to getting herbs from Anca; the later medicine recipe is the important survival decision.
Both decisions keep Anca’s next quest available. Let her continue for the reported convent cure, or burn the notes to reject another pact.
Letting Anca use Leonica's research continues the attempted cure for the nuns. It does not block Between the Words, Anca's broader questline, or the ability to romance her. Refusing and burning the notes also preserves those major paths.
Agreeing to work with Father Florin opens A Hero's End and gives a route to Greifberg Castle's side entrance. Refusing is reversible: Coen can return and accept later while Florin lives. Killing Florin permanently closes his alliance route, though the Ancient Key can be looted and the ruins/armor content can still be accessed.
1. Retrieve Andrei's memento: the ring is correct. 2. Decide whether to follow the ritual or attack. 3. Resolve Nora's danger; a hidden/inaction option can enter Nora's death outcome. 4. Meet Ocha by the river and advise what she should do next.
Invite Ambrus if you want his voice and commentary during the rest of the game plus limited help in the final fight. Refuse if Coen would condemn him to Anachora for his crimes. The choice does not change abilities or Corruption.
There is no confirmed branch where Andrei remains alive at the end of the documented quest. Coen can attack him, use the wrong memento and fight him, or use the correct ring so Ocha's spell causes him to kill himself.
Say “No! Stop!” for the safe, explicit intervention that keeps Catalin alive at this decision. Staying silent is conditional on an earlier Marat state and can result in Marat or Catalin dying.
The throne-room result depends on Coen's response and an earlier Marat condition. The safest documented action is “No! Stop!”, which preserves Catalin at this moment and avoids relying on the hidden silent branch.
Stay for the optional Page-Turner quest and its reported 100 XP if you can spare one extra time segment. Leave if preserving that segment matters more.
Useful flirt/context choices include staying to study Latin, insisting on the red-cover Catullus book, choosing “kisses” and “grains of sand,” helping with her wound, and choosing warm lines in Between the Words and Where Old Devils Lie.
Marking the Manumit hideout commits the Brencis deal sequence and leads toward the Turncoat route. Leaving does not commit the deal at that point and preserves flexibility.
Plan the seven named outcomes, their route requirements, and the world states reflected in each epilogue.
Give Ocha Andrei's Ring. It is the correct memento for the amnesia ritual. The cleaver and pendant are wrong.
Check chapter endings, active objective deadlines, and irreversible choices separately. Keep a manual save before the prologue closes or you commit to an ending.
